Frequently Asked Questions
Q) If my home is not in prime condition, but is in distressed condition, or even if it just needs several repairs, will that fact prohibit an offer or an alliance?
A) While the overall condition of your property will be considered and factored in, it will not serve as a blanket bar to an offer or an alliance strategy. We expect that many homes possess issues, and are realistic in an analytical approach.
Q) My foreclosure is imminent, can I still be helped? Can you act quickly to intervene to assist my situation?
A) Absolutely, we are capable of interceding in a time sensitive manner with both legal and financial components. We will act quickly under the circumstances and try to prevent your foreclosure. Naturally, the sooner we are contacted the better, but we have been contacted and stopped foreclosures very late in the process. Again, ideally, we would prefer to be contacted sooner rather than later, to ensure the objective and to maximize your profit.
Q) What are the fees involved? Are you sure you do not charge us fees?
A) Homeowners in financial distress should not be charged fees by those seeking to purchase the home, or to ally with them. You will not pay us a dime; period. If we decide to buy your house or to form an alliance with you, we handle all the costs and legal expenses included. Further, all transactions are conducted through a law firm, in an open, transparent, and legal manner.
Q) Has anyone ever been able to keep their house using one of your strategies?
A) Yes, while most situations involve a sale, in some circumstances, one of our strategies has allowed the home to be retained. Give us a chance and see what we can achieve together; at minimum, you will be presented with options to consider.
Q) Are there any obligations incurred by contacting and discussing my situation?
A) No, we do not have consult fees, and no obligation is incurred in discussing your situation with us. We seek an alignment of interests and objectives, and will explore fair strategies that may achieve your goals. If it works for you, then we can proceed; if not, it is your property, and you can choose to decline. We are not high pressure salesman; we are not salesman at all. Instead, we are advanced investors offering distressed homeowners options their lender and others would not offer them, all within a stress-free environment.
Q) My property has little to no equity, or is actually over-financed, so that I owe more than the property is worth. Will this situation prevent an offer or a an alliance?
A) That aspect would not deter us, as we would still be able to offer you some options in such a situation.
